Under the baton of conductor Jun Märkl and with much-adored violin soloist Paul Huang, Taiwan’s national symphony performs Max Bruch’s exuberant Scottish Fantasy, Claude Debussy’s La Mer, Felix Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture, and the world-premiere of Ebbs and Flows by Ke-Chia Chen, co-commissioned by Washington Performing Arts.
