When: Saturday, March 18, 10AM
Where: Theodore Roosevelt Island, VA 
- Meet at the pavilion in the middle of the island with statue of Teddy Roosevelt @10am.

Join us for a 1 hour silent retreat in various locations of the island. There will be moderate amounts of walking. Bring walking shoes, water, yoga mat/blanket and a pillow/standing block. Will have spare blocks for folks.

In the event of inclement weather, we will notify everyone a few days beforehand of the changes.
