*What to Expect*
The lecture provides the overview of Tai-Chi and explains the common problem how people apply force in normal activities – from the perspective of Tai-Chi principles and training. During the lecture, some basic moves will be demonstrated so attendees can practice and realize the body parts that should be used but less used in daily activities and exercises. In addition, the speaker will explain how to change our habits to improve the way of exerting strength, and to make our movements smoother and more efficient. These demonstrated movements and changes in habits should lay a good foundation for students who are interested in learning Tai-Chi.
"Changing Habits to Move Efficiently and Effectively - from the Perspective of Tai-Chi Practice"主要是從太極拳理論與訓練的觀點,來解釋一般人在平常活動中使力的問題。
